Return Policy & Seed Growth Promise

At Seeds In A Cup, we are committed to providing high-quality grow kits, seeds, and gardening supplies. We understand that gardening requires patience and care, and we stand behind the quality of our products with our Seed Growth Promise.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Seeds In A Cup, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. The Seed Growth Promise If your seeds fail to germinate after following the included planting instructions, we offer a one-time free replacement of the seeds within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility requires a valid Order Number; photos of your planting setup may be requested. Replacement shipping is covered by Seeds In A Cup®. We reserve the right to refuse claims for suspected abuse, lack of proof of purchase, failure to follow instructions, or harassment.

2. All Sales Are Final All products are designated as final sale. No returns may be requested through the online portal. No cash refunds to original payment methods under any circumstances.

3. Store Credit Policy If a customer declines the seed replacement or a return is approved at our sole discretion, store credit may be offered. Store credit is issued as a digital code/gift card, does not expire, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued. For items over $50, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance; Seeds In A Cup® is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Requirements for Returns All products are final sale and not eligible for return through the online portal. For Seed Growth Promise claims or damaged/defective item reports, customers must: (1) provide a valid Order Number, (2) contact contact@seedsinacup.com within the applicable window (see Sections 1 and 6), and (3) receive written authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

6. Damaged or Defective Items Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage. Approved claims will be replaced or issued store credit — no cash refunds.

7. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
